Service Contracts and Preventative Maintenance

Advanced Endoscopy Solutions can create a custom service contract for any size facility. Having a service contract will help ensure that all of your endoscopy equipment is properly maintained and stays within manufacture’s specifications. One of our Field Service Engineers will come to your facility to assess utilization, procedure management and repair history of your equipment. Once this is completed, you will be contacted with a quote that is guaranteed to be less than what you are currently paying. You will save money and have quarterly P.M. (Preventative Maintenance) performed by a qualified Field Service Engineer.

 

The P.M. visits include a thorough inspection of all equipment under a service contract and a review of the endoscopy departments processes, practices and environment. This information will be used to offer recommendations on handling, reprocessing, training as well as other areas that would benefit from our expertise. This is performed to help reduce the number of repairs and extend the life of your equipment.
